After selecting the product and saving it to your cart, the user provides the necessary information at the web shop form box, about buyer, delivery address and payment. By pressing the "Order" button, you send a binding order for the goods in the cart. The order confirmation is issued immediately after sending the order and does not constitute acceptance of the contract.By clicking on " order ", the user confirms the order and payment and gives an offer to buy, ie to enter into a sales contract with the seller. The user receives a confirmation of receipt of his order by the web shop by e-mail. If the user has chosen the "cash on delivery" option as the method of payment, he is obliged to pay the purchase amount to the delivery service when picking up the goods. If the user chooses a bank transfer to the seller's transaction account, an offer with an invitation to payment and the data will be sent by email to the customer’s email address, after confirming the order. The offer is valid for three days.
We can accept your order by sending an order acceptance by e-mail or sending the goods within two days. After receiving the order and confirmation of payment, we deliver the goods to the specified address. If a product, despite careful planning and organization, cannot be delivered on time or at all, the user will be informed and consulted about other options. If he does not agree with the offered changes or delays, the user can cancel the order before concluding the sales contract. Pretty Beauty List reserves the right to withdraw from the conclusion of the sales contract in case of unavailability products or other difficulties about which they will inform the user. The sales contract is concluded at the time of issuing the invoice. The display of goods in the online store is not a legally binding offer but only a non-binding online catalog.

Due to environmental reasons, we do not send invoice or order confirmation in the package. You can find it in your account. Under "my orders" in the order details.
